This was my first time at Hoboken Wellness Spa and I am so happy I went. This is possibly one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I noted some tightness in my upper shoulders and neck and Surry did an exceptional job massaging out the tension. I left feeling physically great and very relaxed. I am def returning....more

Surry provided me with a hydro facial and 90 minute CBD massage. I have never felt so calm and at ease. I lift and run, so my muscles can be extremely sore. I had an amazing deep tissue massage with Surry and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The pressure was exactly what I needed—firm enough to work through the tight muscles without being overwhelming. You can tell Surry is highly experienced and genuinely cares about helping clients feel better, not just providing a routine massage. During the session, I could actually feel the knots releasing, and by the end I felt so much lighter and more relaxed. The space is clean, peaceful, and very professional. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly....more

This was not a regular massage ,it was true therapeutic massage therapy. Yesterday, I had one of the best massages I’ve experienced in the entire U.S. It reminded me of the amazing massages I’ve had while traveling in Thailand and Vietnam.

My therapist, Surry, was highly skilled and knew exactly how to find and work on the areas that needed attention. She was able to locate the spots where I was holding tension and pain, and her technique provided incredible relief.

One thing I especially appreciated was the warm essential oil she used throughout the session. Every time she worked on a different area, she applied warm oil, which made the massage feel even more relaxing and therapeutic. Not every massage place pays attention to these details, and for me, that’s something I really value.

The entire experience was professional, relaxing, and genuinely effective. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and much better than when I arrived. If you’re looking for a therapist who truly understands the body and provides an exceptional massage experience, I highly recommend Hoboken Wellness Massage. Thank you, Surry, for such an amazing treatment ,I’ll definitely be back!...more

I get massages quarterly, and this is the best massage I’ve had in YEARS. I appreciated the details in comfort (small heater in the bathroom, heated massage beds, and heated towels throughout the massage) that made the experience soothing from beginning to end. Most importantly the customer service was gentle, informative, and so inviting. I called last minute for a couples massage and was met with such accommodating patience. Though there isn’t parking, I appreciate the communication to offer me additional information. From online research, I immediately received a text from the owner ready to offer me additional information. And in my email I was offered instructions on parking. These little details stood out from many other massage businesses offered in NJ. This place is a gem with kind-hearted staff and the sweetest owner where you can feel her passion for the craft, my family and I will absolutely be back....more

I have had a number of massages by Juan and I have to say he is one of the best in this town. I am serious. The experience was tailored for what I wanted and what I needed once he was working on me. I booked a couples massage for my girlfriend and me. I loved my session—Surry was amazing and made the experience exactly what I wanted. My girlfriend’s massage, however, was just average. I’m 3 1/2 months pregnant and I’ve been in so much pain as far as my back and my legs go. I looked for different spas in the area and couldn’t find anything I felt would suit my needs for a prenatal massage and not too expensive. The esthetician I booked with also happened to be the woman who took care of me and I’m so glad she did. She took her time to address the issues I told her I was having and made me feel extremely comfortable. One thing I can say is that I will be back throughout my pregnancy. Surry at Hoboken Wellness was a lifesaver during my pregnancy. Her prenatal massages kept me relaxed and calm while easing the aches and pains that come with pregnancy. There are so many things you are prohibited from doing while expecting but massages are one thing you still can and she made them the highlight of my weeks. She even has the special prenatal pillow which is expensive and so much better than laying on your side like other massage places make you. Truly the best place in Hoboken for prenatal care....more

This was my first time trying out Hoboken Wellness Spa for a massage and Surry was wonderful. I truly enjoyed my time here and didn't feel like I was in a busy medspa type of environment, it was quiet and serene. This is a no-frills establishment and the massage what exactly what I needed it to be! She was open to feedback although I had none. Not to mention Surry is such a kind and caring woman, it was a pleasure spending time with her even our short hour. Even when admitting I needed to come for massages more regularly, she didn't pressure me one bit to come back or spending money here. I received the best/most effective massage at Hoboken Wellness Spa. I've had several massages from different places and have never walked away with the results that I experienced after my massage at Hoboken Wellness. My back/neck/shoulders are chronically tight and sore. Usually, I would book a massage somewhere and have momentary (day or two) relief from the tension. However, my massage at Hoboken Wellness Spa was a week ago and I've yet to have tension return to the area. Ray did a fantastic job. He asked a ton of questions and targeted the treatment based upon my answers and what he was feeling in my body. He was responsive, kind, and informative. He even showed me some exercises I can do to help relieve tension in my back. I have never felt this comfortable in my body. I cannot recommend Hoboken Wellness Spa, specifically Ray, enough....more

I made an appointment super last minute over the phone, but when I showed up no one was there to check me in. I ended up waiting about 15 mins and then decided to call them from the waiting room, hoping someone would come out to help me. Apparently the person manning the phones isn’t physically there, it’s only the therapists, who were both in doing a couples massage. When they came out about 20 mins after my appointment was supposed to start, they were super apologetic (and obv didn’t know i was waiting since I made the appointment when they were working on other people). This is a small business, mom and daughter owned and managed business. They were very sweet and friendly and it did not feel like a business transaction at all. They even offered me and my brother a free mini 20 minute facial. I never thought I would get a facial in my lifetime but it definitely left my face feeling fresh and clean. I didn't realize how many black heads I had.

Now for the massage, where do I start. It started with her asking the areas I would like for her to concentrate on. I had her focus on my back and neck area. She got out some nods I had, probably due to stress. The massage was very relaxing and almost put me to sleep.

The only small complaint I initially had was our facial/massage started a bit late. However, I didn't care since as I mentioned the mom and daughter were very sweet people and took great care of us. Be prepared to talk they are very friendly lol.

Also, on a side note there was plenty of street parking in this part of Hoboken. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be returning sometime in the future!

Perfect way to relax after doing tense engineering or Inspection work!...more

Amazing hidden gem in Hoboken. The owner and facialist was really excellent. Wonderful personality and gave me a fantastic hydrofacial. The masseuse was awesome, best massage ever, forgot to ask name, sorry. They open everyday all day which was a plus for us and very fair pricing. So happy we found them, Will return, do not hesitate to give them a try, God bless😇👍...more

I was 5 min late to my 7pm appointment and it took 10 min to get all setup so we didn't start until 7:15pm. Was expecting to have a hard stop at 8pm since thats when the place closes, and most massages count set up time in the allotted 60min appointment window. Not only was the massage excellent, but I was pleasantly surprised to see the clock displaying 8:15pm when the masseuse said "all done". Can't find service like that anymore... its the little things in life... 5/5 would go again....more

Amazing massage, excellent prices, nice enough atmosphere. One of the best massages I've ever gotten. The atmosphere is nice, but not to be mistaken with a high-end spa, but once you're on the table...who cares....more
